The China National Symphony Orchestra (CNSO), founded in 1956, is an orchestra known the world over for its power, intensity and
sensitivity. With a combination of consummate artistry, dedication and professionalism, this orchestra’s 85 musicians have created an orchestral tradition unique to China. Their performances have brought western compositions to life for Chinese audiences, and premiered the works of Chinese composers to appreciative western audiences. For this special Wednesday night concert, The CNSO brings a world-class performance to the Queen City.
