With its rich 84-year history, Charlotte Concerts is the oldest non-profit presenting arts group in Charlotte. Our organization prides itself on fiscal responsibility, and we have been honored as a finalist for the Stanford Financial Excellence Awards.
Our annual operating budget supported by a mix of earned and contributed income. Proceeds from ticket sales represent one-third of Charlotte Concerts’ annual income and cover a small portion of the expenses required to produce these world-class performances.
To ensure the continued success of our Arts Education Outreach programs, we are committed to building our endowment through planned giving. An endowment that yields predictable returns is important for our long-term sustainability and financially responsible artistic planning.
